5 TOP TIPS ON BUYING A PROPERTY IN SPAIN

  1. Never pay money to an agent, only to your solicitor. The money will only be paid over when your solicitor is happy all is in order.
  2. Never use a solicitor in the same office as your agent, it's important your solicitor is not working for your agent but for you!!!!
  3. Ask around locally about the reputation of your agent, as fancy office and advertizing can be paid for, a good reputation can not!!!!
  4. Research and know what are looking for as this can save you a lot of time and dissapointment.
  5. Take your time and don't be pushed into a sale, know your budget and stick to it. Insist on viewing properties within your budget and no way over it.
