Sorbas
Built on the edge of a ravine, the town of Sorbas is well known for its traditional pottery still fired in an old Moorish oven.
Places of interest
Church of Santa Maria: This church has a 16th century nave with Mudejar woodwork, the gable was built between 1765 and 1768, the main door is from 19th Century. San Jose and San Roque, the patron saints of the town guard the bell tower with the help of Saints Peter and Paul.
Karst and Yesos Natural Park: One of the largest cave networks in Europe. Carved by water erosion with chasms, stalactites and stalagmites, they stretch over several kilometers. There are guided visits in summer.
