This quaint 2 bedroom, detached villa is set in the heart of El Palaces, a small village just outside of Zurgena in Almería.

The property has been fully reformed from a ruin into a very well designed and finished home. Returning to the lounge and going down the stairs takes us into the kitchen which is a very good size. Designed like something out of a catalogue, complete with centre console and breakfast bar, the kitchen has been extremely well finished with silestone worktops and plenty of space for preparation and cooking. This property would suit anyone who enjoys cooking, simply for the breathtaking nature of the kitchen!

From the kitchen you go through into the summer lounge which has large windows and doors to make it a very light and airy space. Currently used as a second lounge for the Summer, this could also be reworked as a dining area or study and is ideal for the Summer months.

The patio area is large and non-slip tiled. There is enough space to add a swimming pool or above ground pool without taking over the whole patio.
